Request for Proposals (RFP) for Multi-Site Janitorial Services for Sheriff’s Office Facilities

The County of San Mateo Sheriff’s Office is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for multiple Sheriff’s Office facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services that support a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for staff and the public. Services will include routine, periodic, and as-needed cleaning across multiple locations with varying operational needs. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to manage multi-site operations, maintain service quality standards, and comply with all applicable safety, security, and regulatory requirements. • Routine janitorial services will be performed three times per week • The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the required services • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to manage multi-site operations and maintain service quality standards • The contractor must comply with all applicable safety, security, and regulatory requirements • The contract will have a term of three years
