Roswell Road Safety Project Scoping Study

The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to conduct the Roswell Road Safety Project Scoping Study. The project aims to develop feasible, fundable project concepts that improve safety, mobility, and access for all roadway users. The scope of services includes project management, traffic and roadway safety analysis, and concept plan and scoping study report. The contractor will be required to perform tasks such as traffic projections, roadway safety analysis, and access management plan. • The project will identify specific access management treatments at key locations and evaluate their safety and operational benefits. • The contractor will develop a comprehensive corridor-wide implementation plan and prepare a planning-level cost estimate. • The project will incorporate access management strategies at key locations and integrate with ongoing and planned projects along Hammond Drive, Roswell Road, and I-285. • The contractor will review the Hammond Drive Corridor Overall Concept Plan and Traffic Engineering Report and take into consideration the elements of the plan when developing the concept for the Roswell Road Safety Project.
