Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide ongoing software maintenance and support for the NIIMS (Natural Integrated Information Management System) used by the Office of Tribal Services (OTS) Division of Water Programs (DWP). The contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis for a base year with four optional one‑year extensions, totaling up to five years of service. Only Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) are eligible, and the award will be a 100 % set‑aside. Vendors must be authorized resellers with an active SAM.gov profile and must submit a price quote and the required Indian Economic Enterprise representation form.
• Scope: Maintenance, updates, and technical support for NIIMS software modules (NaturalONE, Natural for Ajax Runtime, Adabas, Natural, Entire Net‑Work, Natural Security, Entire Access for TCP/IP).
• Delivery: Perpetual‑license software; services delivered remotely with possible on‑site assistance as needed.
• Period of Performance: 09/10/2026 – 09/09/2031 (base year + four option years).
• Contract Type: Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) Purchase Order, set‑aside to ISBEEs.
• Required Submissions: Completed SF‑1449, pricing for each year, IEE Representation Form, and compliance certifications.
