The City of Flint is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate the influent structure and Battery A grit system at its Water Pollution Control Facility. The work includes bypassing the influent structure, extensive concrete repairs, installing new sluice gates, cured‑in‑place pipe, flow meters, a new grit classifier building, new grit pumps, piping, valves, and associated electrical and SCADA upgrades, plus demolition and site work. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, submit three copies of a signed proposal, and provide a 5 % bid bond payable to the City Treasurer.
