Intent to sole source - OMAX Water Jet Cutting Unit Maintenance

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for two Omax/Maxiem waterjet cutting units. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and other tasks as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract is expected to be awarded to Phillips Corporation, Federal Division, on a sole-source basis. The period of performance will be a base period of 9/25/2026 to 9/24/2027 with three option periods. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the evaluations as defined in the SOW. • The contractor will be required to perform quarterly maintenance visits for each of the Omax/Maxiem waterjet cutting machines. • The contractor will be required to inspect and replace all filters, check or grease/oil all lubrication points, and test cut for accuracy. • The contractor will be required to provide a full report of all maintenance performed. • The contractor will be required to furnish all supplies, equipment, facilities, and services required to perform work under this contract.
