Introductory Supervisory Training Services (High Performance)

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a qualified firm to provide introductory supervisory training services to its employees. The training program should focus on best practice management theory, terminology, and principles, with an emphasis on communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership. The program should be dynamic, team-based, and highly interactive, and should include topics such as effective communication, policy compliance issues, personal responsibility, and leadership styles. The successful vendor will be required to provide two sessions of the training program, each with a maximum of 45 participants, within the contract period of April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The vendor will be expected to work with MoDOT's Employee Development Team to develop the curriculum and provide the training.
