Various laboratory testing supplies

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for various laboratory testing supplies. The contract will be for a period of time, with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2026. The HHSC is looking for a vendor to provide laboratory testing supplies, including but not limited to, lab testing equipment and consumables. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and services to support the laboratory testing needs of the HHSC. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the state, considering factors such as price, experience, and ability to perform. • The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contract will include provisions for invoicing, payment, and dispute resolution. • The vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive response to this IFB, including all required information and documentation.
