ONE HVAC UNIT PACKAGES TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION, START-UP, AND TRAINING - TDCJ CLEMENS UNIT

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is requesting bids for the procurement of one 50-ton HVAC unit, including installation, start-up, and training, for the Chapel at the Clemens unit in Brazoria, Texas. The scope of work includes providing routine equipment and services for the replacement and removal of existing equipment, installation, delivery, start-up, and training of Department personnel. The vendor shall comply with the Department's reporting procedures and provide on-site training for up to four TDCJ employees. The contract will be for a period of 90 days.
