CCRFP FOR FUND ATTORNEY

The New Jersey Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund is seeking a law firm or attorney to serve as Fund Attorney under a Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals (CCRFP). The selected firm will provide comprehensive legal services, including general counsel, litigation oversight, statutory compliance, contract review, and other legal matters supporting the Fund's governance and risk management operations. Some key requirements include insurance, license, and affirmative action compliance. The contract will be for a duration of 3 years. • The Fund is a joint insurance fund that provides excess liability coverage to its member public entities. • The selected firm will be required to provide a range of legal services, including general counsel, litigation oversight, and contract review. • The firm must comply with various regulations, including affirmative action and insurance requirements. • The contract will be awarded through a competitive contracting process. • The Fund reserves the right to terminate the contract with 90 days' written notice.
