The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) is seeking a comprehensive Student Success and Retention (SSR) platform to enhance student satisfaction, retention, and academic achievement. The platform should integrate multidimensional student data, automate workflows, and facilitate targeted interventions. The successful vendor will provide a solution that is scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including FERPA and PCI DSS. Key features of the platform should include predictive analytics, data-driven insights, and mobile accessibility.
