Annual RFP for AMI Water Meter

The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the purchase of AMI water meters. The scope of work includes furnishing goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services as set forth in the solicitation. Bidders can propose for one, two, or all three categories of meters. The meters should be compatible with IP68 submergibility standards and should be able to remain submerged for multiple days. The bid submission deadline is January 14, 2026, and the questions due date is December 15, 2025. • The bid must be received electronically or by sealed bid in the purchasing office by the specified date and time. • The bid should include line item pricing for the proposed categories. • The supplier should agree to adhere to the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. • The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.
