PUBLIC VEHICLE SALE AFFORDABLE TOWING AND RECOVERY

The City of Trenton is requesting sealed bids for the sale of various vehicles. The vehicles will be sold on an "as is" condition with no warranties and guarantees. The minimum bid for each vehicle is $4,953.00, and $12,487.00 for trucks. The award shall be made to the highest bidder. The bidder must complete a proposal form for each vehicle, and the form must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the deadline. The vehicles can be inspected on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Affordable Towing and Recovery, 346 Bunting Ave, Trenton, NJ 08611. • The bidder must have a 10% deposit (cash, certified bank check, or money order) based on the total proposal submitted. • The vehicles picked up must be paid in cash to the designated towing company. • The successful bidder(s) must remove the vehicle(s) from the designated towing lot at their own expense within ten (10) consecutive calendar days of the sale date. • If vehicles are not picked up within the ten calendar days, all sales and deposits will be forfeited.
