As-Needed Boiler/HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed boiler/HVAC services at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with options for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing boiler/HVAC maintenance and repair services, including testing services. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services • The contractor must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis • The contractor must be able to respond to emergency situations • The contractor must be able to provide routine maintenance and repair services
