Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a Spectrum Analyzer. The proposed contract action is for the supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only, Rohde & Schwarz USA, INC. The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The offeror may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov.
• The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor shall report at the time of delivery, as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report, the unique item identifier, unique item identifier type, issuing agency code, enterprise identifier, original part number, lot or batch number, current part number, and current part number effective date.
• The contractor shall use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports.
• The contractor shall ensure that the marks on items and labels on shipments, storage containers, and packages are machine-readable and conform to the applicable standards.
