The City of Wilmington seeks a qualified contractor to provide full‑service preventive maintenance, load‑bank testing, and emergency repair support for its fleet of 18 emergency generators city‑wide. The work includes semi‑annual inspections, annual load‑bank tests, routine and emergency repairs, ATS servicing, detailed documentation, and rapid emergency response to critical facilities. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price three‑year agreement with two optional one‑year extensions.
• Perform semi‑annual and annual preventive maintenance on 18 diesel/natural‑gas generators of varying makes and capacities.
• Conduct annual load‑bank testing (≥ 70 % load for 1 hr) and provide detailed reports.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response with phone acknowledgment within 30 min and on‑site arrival within 2 hrs for essential facilities.
• Supply all labor, tools, consumables, and certified technicians; meet safety, insurance, and minority‑business participation requirements.
