Prequalification for the Adult Detention Center Expansion - Phase III, RFQu 685968

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking prequalification applications from experienced and capable General Contractors for the construction of the Adult Detention Center Expansion - Phase III. The scope of work includes sitework and paving, construction of an inmate housing unit addition, construction of an administrative offices addition, renovation of the existing kitchen, renovation and expansion of the laundry facilities, and construction of a new maintenance building. The purpose of this phase is to evaluate and identify firms that meet the County's minimum qualifications and project-specific criteria.
