Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfit

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking a contractor to upfit law enforcement vehicles. The contractor will be responsible for installing emergency lighting and siren systems, radio prep packages, floor mats, window tint, secure weapon storage, and other equipment. The vehicles will be used for covert law enforcement operations and must meet all applicable DOT and FMVSS safety standards. The contractor must provide documentation of testing and inspection, and the vehicles must undergo a road test, idle test, and vocational test. The contractor must also provide a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. • The contractor must provide and install all required equipment, including emergency lighting and siren systems, radio prep packages, and secure weapon storage. • The contractor must ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the requirements of the specification. • The contractor must provide documentation of testing and inspection, and the vehicles must undergo a road test, idle test, and vocational test. • The contractor must provide a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. • The contractor must deliver the vehicles to specified locations in New Orleans, LA, and Washington, DC.
