Greenville Branch Phase 2 - Bridge and Park Components

The City of Spartanburg is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, and construct a new pedestrian bridge spanning Greenville Branch, including installation of the fabricated structure on city property near Warehouse St. The scope covers all engineering design, manufacturing of bridge components, site preparation, and final construction/installation. The selected firm must submit a sealed bid by the specified deadline and will be responsible for delivering a completed bridge ready for public use. • Design services: complete engineering design compliant with local codes and accessibility standards. • Manufacture: fabricate bridge components off‑site according to approved design. • Construction & Installation: prepare site, transport, and install the bridge, perform final inspections. • Deliverable: a fully functional pedestrian bridge with all associated documentation and warranties.
