Escambia County Waste Services Groundwater Monitor Reporting

The Escambia County Waste Services Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting support to prepare various groundwater monitoring reports for Escambia County Waste Services landfill sites. The scope of work includes reviewing permit requirements, coordinating with the County's groundwater sampling crew and laboratory, and preparing semi-annual reports for four landfill sites. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with options to renew for two additional 12-month periods. • The contractor will be responsible for preparing reports in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) groundwater monitoring requirements. • The contractor will be required to coordinate with the County's groundwater sampling crew and laboratory. • The contractor will be required to prepare semi-annual reports for four landfill sites, including the Perdido Landfill, Beulah Landfill, Klondike Landfill, and Saufley Landfill. • The contractor will be required to provide a project organizational chart and identify specific funding contributions and resources required from the County. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed project approach and address the project goals, objectives, regulator correspondence, and desired milestones, outcomes, and deliverables.
