NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Service contract to provide calibration technical support for Crane 92s LMI equipment

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed service contract to RAYCO ELECTRONICS SYSTEM LTD to provide calibration technical support for Crane 92s LMI equipment. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The period of performance shall be from approximately 3 August 2026 to 7 August 2026. The contractor shall provide commissioning and calibration services of the i4507 LMI system as described in the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor shall verify and operationally test the i4507 LMI system according to applicable line items. • The contractor shall calibrate radius and load indication and operationally test/load-test per applicable line items. • The contractor shall submit a Final Condition Report in PDF format.
