Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to purchase Open Text Inc. - Artesia Renewal, which includes various software licenses and maintenance services. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210. The contractor shall provide brand name or equal items, and all equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The performance period for maintenance renewals must begin on or after the date of contract award.
• The contractor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system.
• The contractor shall submit documentation from the manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured.
• The contractor shall provide a statement regarding the terms and conditions in the solicitation.
• The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
