Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a contractor to provide one new packaged rooftop unit, AAON Model RNA-025 or equivalent updated model, to replace an existing unit. The unit should be a heat pump with supplemental electric heat. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the unit, but not for installation. The unit must meet specific requirements, including a 2-inch double-wall construction, direct drive plenum supply fans, and a stainless steel drain pan. The contractor must also provide a minimum 1-year limited parts and labor warranty and a minimum 5-year parts-only warranty for the compressor.
