The City of Hampton is seeking a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan that integrates the 2027 Commission for Accreditation of Parks and Recreation Agencies objectives, methods, and standards. The plan should include a detailed timeline, public outreach, and recommendations for achieving CAPRA certification. The scope of work includes leading a project team, conducting an inventory of parks and recreation facilities, analyzing recreational offerings, and developing a strategic plan.
