Description
The Bibb County Board of Education is seeking proposals for a Solar Energy Procurement Agreement (SEPA) to design, construct, install, operate, and maintain a solar photovoltaic system at the Innovation and Technology Academy. The contract term will be 20-30 years. The selected proposer will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, engineering, permitting, installation, and maintenance. The proposer must have experience with SEPA contracts and must be able to provide a turn-key solution.
• The system must be designed to maximize energy savings and meet the facility's load profile.
• The proposer must provide a detailed scope of work, including a timeline and project schedule.
• The proposer must provide information on their experience with similar projects and their qualifications.
• The proposer must provide a fee proposal, including a cost per kWh and an annual escalator.
