Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair the roof of building 155, which includes replacing the existing roof, overhangs, and insulation. The new roof must be a TPO single-ply membrane roofing system and meet ASHRAE zoning requirements. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project.
• The project includes replacing built-up roof components, insulation, gutter systems, and roof curbing.
• The contractor must perform all work according to the Statement of Work (SOW) and related AF requirements and codes.
• A site visit is scheduled for 04 June 2026, and attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
• The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $300,000 and $500,000.
