Description
The Department of Revenue intends to award a sole source contract for a scratch ticket customized partnership program. The program includes the development, design, production, and promotion of scratch tickets, as well as a modular sales clerk-operated point-of-sale device, inventory management software, predictive ordering system, and scratch ticket data analytics. The vendor will also provide personnel dedicated to managing the enhanced partnership, marketing and category research, retail recruiting, disaster recovery, strategic planning, and training.
