Benefits Administration System

The Department of Personnel & Administration (DPA) is seeking information from vendors about benefits administration systems that can support the state's employee benefits programs. The system should be able to handle web-based and mobile-accessible enrollment, eligibility, and life event changes, as well as provide decision support tools and role-based security. The state is looking for a vendor-hosted, cloud-based environment that can integrate with existing payroll systems, including CGI, Workday, and Banner. The system should also be able to provide ACA tracking and reporting, customer service support, and communications/instructional materials.
