LED SPORTS FIELD LIGHTING RETROFIT

The City of Grand Terrace is seeking a contractor to retrofit the existing sports field lighting systems at Veterans Freedom Park with new LED sports lighting equipment. The project includes the removal of existing sports lighting fixtures, installation of LED sports lighting luminaires, pole top retrofit assemblies, electrical components, wiring harnesses, lighting controls, and all related electrical work necessary to provide a fully operational sports lighting system. The contractor will be responsible for performing all electrical work, testing, and commissioning, as well as providing a minimum 10-year parts and labor warranty. • The project location is at Veterans Freedom Park, 21950 Pico Street, Grand Terrace, California. • The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. • The contractor shall provide a photometric lighting design demonstrating compliance with the illumination levels and spill light limitations specified in the document. • The contractor shall provide a lighting control system capable of independent lighting zones for Baseball Field and T-Ball Field. • The contractor shall perform electrical testing, verification of lighting control functionality, and final aiming and adjustment of luminaires.
