Description
The New Mexico Department of Health’s Office of School and Adolescent Health seeks a single‑award contractor to design, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive workforce‑development program for school‑health professionals across the state. The contractor will create multiple training opportunities, coordinate logistics, and produce quarterly progress reports, supporting both new and existing personnel in school health settings.
• Deliver a minimum of seven distinct workforce‑development opportunities covering general school professionals, school health assistants, youth leadership, new school nurses (web‑based), regional updates, health‑center providers, and ad‑hoc training.
• Provide full program management: curriculum design, speaker liaison, site selection, registration, marketing, logistics, evaluation, and quarterly reporting.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, submit all required forms, and meet technical and cost proposal requirements through the Bonfire electronic portal.
• Contract term up to four years with quarterly reporting, requiring financial stability and, if contract value exceeds $250 k, provision of employee health insurance.
