Annual Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Services

The City of Waxahachie is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive lawn maintenance and landscaping services for over 90 City-owned locations, including High-Profile and Low-Profile properties. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years with two optional one-year renewal terms. The contractor will be responsible for providing general services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and trash removal, as well as specialized services like irrigation inspections, chemical weed control, and pruning. The contractor must also maintain a log of site visits and report any observed issues or concerns to the designated City representative. Some key points to consider: • The contractor will need to provide pricing for High-Profile and Low-Profile properties, as well as IDIQ services. • The City reserves the right to add or remove service locations during the contract term. • The contractor must have a pesticide applicator's license and maintain Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used on Low-Profile utility sites. • The contractor will be required to provide a cost proposal for any new locations added during the contract term.
