PLU-12-0225 WATER HEATERS

The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking bids for three Bradford White Water Heaters. The contract term will be from the execution date to June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to 10 years. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the water heaters as soon as possible, but no later than 3/30/26. The bidder must submit a quote that includes the cost of shipping, and the award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest price. • The water heaters must be Bradford White EF-100T-199-3N, commercial water heaters with 199,000 BTU, natural gas, ultra-high efficiency, and non-ASME. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage, minority contractor initiative, and insurance. • The bidder must also certify that it has not been convicted of certain offenses, including bid rigging, bribery, and violations of the Environmental Protection Act. • The contract will be contingent upon the availability of funds, and the Illinois Secretary of State may terminate or suspend the contract if funds are not available.
