Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a lease for hangar space in or near the McAllen, Texas area. The lease will have a term of 8 months with a 30-day termination right. The hangar space must be at least 5,800 square feet with a door height of at least 14 feet. Office space of up to 1,000 square feet is also desired. The office must have HVAC and bathrooms available. The hangar and office require 24/7 access, and all access should be keyed. Parking spaces for up to 25 civilian vehicles are also required. Utilities and janitorial services should be included in the proposal price.
