RFP: Janitorial Services

Gulf Bend Center is seeking proposals from a janitorial services contractor to provide daily janitorial services for their offices located at 6502 Nursery Drive, Victoria, Texas. The contract would be effective September 1, 2026, and would encompass approximately 39,000 square feet. The selected contractor would be responsible for providing a range of services, including emptying trash cans, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and performing other janitorial tasks. • Daily duties include emptying trash cans, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms • Weekly/monthly duties include removing fingerprints and dirt from doors and windows, dusting office furniture, and performing high dusting • The contractor would be required to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies • The contract would be for one year with the option for annual renewals up to four additional years • The selected contractor would be expected to comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
