Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Home Sleep Apnea Testing services for Veteran beneficiaries. The contractor will provide home sleep study equipment, instruction, and support to patients, as well as review and score sleep tests. The contract will have a base period and four option years. The contractor must provide equipment that meets FDA standards and have a quality system in place to ensure conformance to contractual requirements.
• The contractor will provide home sleep testing equipment for patients to use for 1-3 nights.
• The contractor will provide education and 24/7 technical support to patients.
• The contractor will review and score sleep tests and make the data available online for review by VA physicians.
• The contractor will provide detailed reports for all patients receiving full services.
• The contractor must have a quality system in place to ensure conformance to contractual requirements.
