FY26 ACHD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON CALL WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide removal and disposal services of nuisance, contaminated, and biohazard waste found within the public right-of-way. Services include removal of household waste, debris, and abandoned items, prompt response to service requests, adherence to scheduled cleanup times, and proper documentation of each assignment. Vendors must be licensed and bonded to work in the right-of-way. The contract will be issued on an as-needed basis with a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000. • The vendor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services. • The vendor shall respond promptly to service requests at any time and on any day, as required by ACHD. • The vendor shall ensure that cleanup crews are available during all scheduled times. • The vendor shall obtain and record a case number (DR#) for each response, noting the date, time, and location of the cleanup (where applicable).
