RFP - Elevator Maintenance

The St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking proposals for elevator maintenance services for various facilities in the parish. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing a comprehensive maintenance program, including inspection, maintenance, adjustment, repair, and emergency callback service for the elevator equipment. The proposer must also provide a dedicated 24-hour dispatching service, a safety management program, and maintain records of all services performed on the equipment. • The maintenance program must include pre-established, documented repair and maintenance services with performance frequency schedules. • The proposer must provide a written safety program and comply with federal OSHA standards. • The proposer must also provide proof of insurance and name the St. Tammany Parish Government as an additional insured. • The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the proposer must be licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana. • The proposer must submit a proposal that includes a cover letter, table of contents, proposer qualifications and experience, proposed solution, innovative concepts, project schedule, financial proposal, references, customer service, resumes, and additional information. • The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, box, or package with the proposer's name and address, proposal name, RFP number, and proposal opening date marked on the outside.
