Eagle Mountain North Spillway Phase A - Fence Refurbishment

The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is seeking proposals for a fence refurbishment project at the Eagle Mountain North Spillway. The project involves replacing the existing old/rusted fence and adding new chain link fence and razor wire. The project requires the contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The contractor will be responsible for disposing of the existing old/rusted fence, installing new fence according to the provided drawings/plans/specifications, and installing razor wire on the existing fence. The project is expected to be completed by May 30th, 2026. • The project involves replacing 530' of 8' tall galvanized chain link fence and installing 275' of razor wire on the existing fence. • The contractor must provide temporary fencing as needed to keep the site secure and ensure that the site is cleaned of all debris created by the project. • The contractor must also provide a project manager who will be present on site and pass a TRWD-provided background check. • The contractor must have company-marked vehicles or obtain a TRWD car tag for identification purposes while on the critical infrastructure site.
