Description
The Department of Health is seeking to purchase promotional items to increase visibility and awareness of their programs at job fairs, health and awareness events, and other events throughout the year. The items include Sharpie S-Gel Pens, Smooth Nylon Lanyards, Rainbow Brain Stress Relievers, Dumbbell Stress Relievers, Tropical Fish Stress Wobblers, Premier Midweight Beach Towels, Umbrellas, Light 'n Whistles, Credit Card Spray Sanitizers, Recycled Polyester Cooling Sport Towels, and Nuvo Bandage Dispensers. The contractor will be responsible for providing the specified goods, including labor, materials, supplies, shipping, and all applicable taxes.
• The contract will require the contractor to provide the specified goods in the quantities and specifications listed.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The contractor will be responsible for paying a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
• The contractor will be required to include all applicable taxes in the price submitted.
