Description
The Department of Rehabilitation Service’s AIM Center is seeking bids to supply two Monarch Dynamic Tactile Braille Display devices (or equivalent) with a full suite of assistive‑technology software and accessories. The devices must include a 32‑cell refreshable braille display, Perkins‑style braille keyboard, word‑processing and math editing capabilities (MathML, .docx, .pdf, Nemeth/UEB math), a graphing calculator, tactile graphics viewer (JPG, PNG, PDF), speech‑enabled reading of DAISY/EPUB, Wi‑Fi, HDMI, Bluetooth, USB‑C charging, a rechargeable battery (≥10 hours), and must be delivered with a carrying case, protective cover, and charging equipment. Vendors must submit a sealed bid by 10/20/2026, include shipping and handling, and list any warranty options on Price Exhibit 1.
