Description
The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide statewide janitorial services. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms. The contractor will be required to provide basic and add-on janitorial services, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and window washing. The contractor must have at least five years of experience providing commercial janitorial services and must be able to provide consistent services across all regions of the state.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and to maintain insurance coverage throughout the term of the contract.
• The contractor will be required to pay a convenience fee of 1% of all contract sales.
