TC3 FIELDHOUSE WALL PROJECT

The Tompkins Cortland Community College is seeking bids for the TC3 Fieldhouse Wall Project. The project involves the removal and installation of a drainage system, washing and repointing of the CMU and concrete wall, and installation of a watertight membrane. The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials. The contract term is approximately 6 months, from January 3, 2026, to July 31, 2026. The contractor must comply with the prevailing wage rate and provide certified payrolls to the College. Key features of the project include: • Removal and installation of the drainage system on the entire East side of the fieldhouse • Washing and repointing of the CMU and concrete wall • Installation of a watertight membrane and protection board below grade • Backfilling with drainage stone and hauling spoils • Sealing the CMU wall • Compliance with the prevailing wage rate and provision of certified payrolls to the College
