Description
The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking a contractor to provide global medical and life insurance services for approximately 368 employees, including single employees and those with dependents. The contract will be a firm fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract, and the anticipated performance period is for a base year with four one-year option periods, including a possible 6-month extension. The contractor must be able to provide global medical and life insurance services, and all responsible sources may submit a proposal. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing global medical and life insurance services for LE staff
• Covering approximately 115 single employees and 253 employees with dependents
• Meeting the requirements of a firm fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract
• Registering in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to proposal submission
• Complying with the annual representations and certifications requirements
• Submitting proposals electronically, with a maximum email size of 10MB
