Inlive - Fan Festival Scaffolding Structures

The City of Vancouver, in partnership with FIFA and the Local Organizing Committee, will host the FIFA Fan Festival from June 11 to July 19, 2026. The festival will include live entertainment, recreational and cultural programming, commercial activations, food and beverage activations, merchandise sales, and more. Inlive is the Producer of the FIFA Fan Festival in Vancouver and invites qualified suppliers to submit a quotation for the provision of scaffold structures and related equipment to support site and production needs at the festival. The scope of work includes delivering, setting up, striking, and removing scaffolding structures throughout the site, facilitating the installation of video screens and audio speakers alongside signage towers with scrim signage. • Deliver, set-up, strike and remove scaffolding structures throughout the site, facilitating the installation of video screens and audio speakers alongside signage towers with scrim signage. • Deliver, set up, strike and remove stage platforms designated for Kitchen, Storage, Food Prep and VIP areas. • Provide equipment such as stage facade structures, scaffolding structures for main LED screens, relay screen structures, signage towers, broadcast towers, and leveling decks.
