2027 Balcerzak Water Tower Rehabilitation

Water Tower reconditioning for the City of Mankato, involving a comprehensive overhaul of the existing structure’s coating and related components. The scope includes removal and replacement of all exterior coating, interior wet coating, and interior dry coating systems (the dry coating contains lead and/or chromium). Additional work covers structural repairs, modifications to appurtenances, foundation work, accessory replacement, and improvements to personnel access. • Full removal and replacement of exterior paint systems. • Replacement of interior wet and dry coating systems (hazardous material handling required). • Structural repairs, foundation modifications, and access upgrades. • Compliance with environmental and safety regulations for lead/chromium‑containing coatings. • Coordination with City Engineer’s office for bid submission and project oversight.
