Night Vision Devices

The State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources is seeking to purchase 32 Night Vision Monocular Devices for the Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement. The devices must meet minimum specifications, including a Generation 3 image tube, Mil-Spec housing, and submersibility. The awarded vendor must have compliant status within the Hawaii Compliance Express System at the time of award. • The Night Vision Monoculars must be equal to the PVS-14 style of Night Vision Monocular in use by the United States Armed Forces. • The devices must have a Generation 3 image tube (auto-gated) and a Mil-Spec housing. • The devices must be submersible and have a minimum 5-year warranty. • The awarded vendor will provide the requested items according to the attached specifications.
