Q--Sources Sought Notice for DOI Wellness Center Operations

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) is seeking information from interested vendors regarding the operation of a wellness center. The DOI is looking for vendors who can provide the necessary services to fulfill the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work (Attachment A). Vendors are invited to submit their capabilities and experience in performing similar work, as well as any questions or feedback they may have regarding the solicitation. The submission should include a cover sheet, a general response to the government requirement, feedback on the SOW, a vendor response to questions, and a capabilities statement. • The DOI is seeking information on the vendor's ability to perform the work and hold the correct certifications. • Vendors should submit their responses electronically to the Contracting Officer. • The submission should be in .doc, .docx, or .PDF format and should not exceed 5 pages. • The DOI is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality services and reduce costs to the taxpayer.
