Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a quotation for subsistence items for the 4th quarter of 2026. The required items include various food products such as beans, rice, pasta, cereals, and beverages. The delivered items must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local mandatory requirements and regulations. The contractor must ensure that the items are properly labeled, stored, and distributed. The NFSA/Chief Dietitian will make the final determination on product compliance.
• The contract will be awarded based on pricing per line item.
• The contractor must provide a quote that conforms to the requirements and provides the best value to the Government.
• The evaluation factors include price, past performance, and product compliance.
• The contractor must demonstrate a consistent record of on-time deliveries and provide complete and accurate orders.
• The contract will be for a period of approximately 15 days, from July 1, 2026, to July 15, 2026.
