Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide tent rental services for an event in Long Beach, CA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, quality control, transportation, and other necessary supplies and services to provide rental, delivery, set-up, maintenance, teardown, and retrograde of large and medium tents. The period of performance is from 25 May 2025 to 15 June 2025. The contractor must comply with all Federal, State, and Local Laws, codes, and regulations applicable to their performance under this contract.
• The contractor must provide a large tent package and a medium tent package, each with its own set of specifications and requirements.
• The contractor must ensure that all tents are set up and maintained in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies to ensure the safe and successful execution of the event.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) within 10 calendar days after contract award, with the contract number specified in the Description of Operation block of the COI.
