Description
The Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Strategic Planning Facilitator Services. The selected vendor will facilitate a phased strategic engagement to establish a shared organizational vision and develop a strategic roadmap to guide MVA's future direction and customer experience priorities. The scope of work includes planning and preparation, executive leadership visioning sessions, management alignment sessions, and strategic roadmap development. The contract will be for a period of one year with two one-year renewal options.
• The vendor will be responsible for facilitating meetings and developing a strategic plan.
• The vendor will work closely with MVA's executive leadership and management teams.
• The vendor will provide a final report and presentation outlining the strategic roadmap and recommendations.
• The vendor will ensure that all reports, documents, and materials produced under this engagement become the property of the MVA.
