Family Partnership Meeting Facilitation

The City of Winchester is seeking a qualified firm to provide Family Partnership Meeting (FPM) facilitation services for children, youth, and families involved in the child welfare system. The contractor will be responsible for preparing, facilitating, and documenting FPMs, as well as engaging family members and natural supports in the process. The contract term is 12 months, with the option to renew for up to four additional 12-month periods. The City reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contract at any time. Key services include: * Preparation, facilitation, and documentation of FPMs * Facilitation at various locations, including Winchester Social Services, community settings, and family residences * Identification of local, neutral neighborhood spaces for FPMs * Travel to facilitate FPMs at alternative locations as needed * Engagement of family members and natural supports in the FPM process * Provision of written summaries of FPMs to case managers
